Q - Restart server - Restart your palace server

If your palace has crashed or you shut it down to work on it, you can start it back up by going to the Utility Page and clicking on the Restart Server link. The utility will then attempt to restart your palace. Give the utility about a minute to get the job done then try to log onto your palace. If the restart was successful, you're in business. If you still cannot log onto your palace, continue reading this FAQ for other options.

IMPORTANT NOTE - If your palace fails to start, do NOT just keep hitting the Restart utility over and over. If it does not work the first time, there is a problem that needs to be corrected. This is very important because if you hit the Restart link 32 times - and there is a problem with your pat file - you could overwtite the good copy of your pat file and all of the backup copies.
