Member Rooms
A member room is a room created by one of your palace guests.
To let your guests create their own rooms, you must enable this feature with the 'memberrooms command.
Once the member room has been created, the following commands are available - only within the room. A member created room will be automatically deleted from the server when the person that "owns" the room logs off.
These commands are typically available to the person who "owns" the room, who functions kind of like a temporary wizard/operator within the confines of the room.

Making/Deleting the room - How to create a room or delete it
`newroom [name] - Create a new room (one allowed per user).
`rdelete - Delete this (member-created) room
Setting the room name/picture - Controlling how the room looks
`rname (title) - Rename the current (member-created) room to (title).
`rpicture [filename] - Control this (member-created) room's background image.
Hiding the room - Controlling if the room is listed on the room list
`rhide [on|off] - Control hiding the current (member-created) room from users.
`runhide - Cease hiding the current (member-created) room from users.
Controlling Room Access - Controlling entry to the room
`rpassword [password] - Control password protection for the current (member-created) room.
`rowner (user) - Transfer ownership of the current (member-created) room to (user).
`rguests [on|off] - Control whether guests are allowed in this (member-created) room.
`rclose - Close this (member-created) room to further visitors
`ropen - Open the current (member-created) room to visitors
`rkick (user) - Kick a user out of the current (member-created) room.
`runkick (user) - Cancel the kicking out of from this (member-created) room.
