Palace Commands - Tock
Commands in this set - `tock
Command - `tock
Syntax - `tock - Display the current server time
Arguments - none
Version Note - This command is not avaialbe in version 4.4 of the palace server.
What does it do ? - `tock prints out the time on the server in your log - nothing more. Note that this is the time at the server so if you are not in the same time zone as the server it will not match your time.
Example - `tock
Sample Output - Server local time 990503128 Mon May 21 20:45:28 2001
Note - In case anyone cares, the big number is the number of seconds since 00:00:00 Jan 1, 1970 - considered by UNIX systems to be the beginning of time.
