Palace Commands - Respond

Commands in this set - `respond

Command - `respond
Syntax - `respond (msg) - Reply to the last sender of an ESP message with (msg)
Arguments - msg - the message you want to send

What does it do ? - `respond sends a message back to whoever last sent you an ESP message (whisper from another room). If that person has logged off, then no message is sent.

Example - `respond I'll be right there
